FAQs

Yes, since it’s a central government scheme, the company recruits an employee for a minimum of 1 year under the NAPS.

When a candidate is recruited under NAPS, unfortunately they are not eligible for any statutory benefits, however, we do provide them ESI facilities.

In both cases, yes, a candidate will be assigned/ eligible for OT, depending upon the workflow of the respective department they are placed under.

After completing a year within the company, a candidate is eligible for increment based on his/her performance. Moreover, when a candidate completes a minimum of 4- 5 years within the company he/she is eligible for promotion based on his performance, punctuality, discipline and code of conduct.

A candidate is eligible for leaves once they complete one year with the company. Casual Leaves: 7 days Earned Leaves: Depends on the physical working day calculation

A Brand Executive is supposed to maintain 10 doctor calls and 6 chemist calls daily.

A Brand Executive has to achieve 85% of the primary sales target and 100% of the secondary sales target.

Monthly Sales review meetings will be done positively (depending on the position).

Daily working allowances vary based on the position offered. Moreover, it ranges from Rs. 220 to Rs. 800.

To bridge the gap between accuracy, documentation and efficiency, reporting is done online through an App.

Product wise and Quarterly Incentives are offered.

Promotion is based on your sales target achievement month after month.

Leave criteria varies based on the position offered. However, a standard rule of no leaves during probation period applies. Casual Leaves - 7 Days Earned Leaves- depends on the no. of working days.
